I kind of like http://www.FlexDownloads.com for a couple of reasons
    1. It is made completely in flex and has everything you can want in a RIA like history mgmt/back browser button, tooltips, fantastic UI elements
    2. It is a marketplace for Flex components so you can assemble your own flex website from components here

What I like about keyzer0 is the transition effects shown when minimizing one of the sub-panels on the main display. Love it!

I think Snipia (http://www.snipia.com/) should definitely be part of this list. They do team task and file sharing, kind of like a corporate Twitter. Their entire interface is Flex and the upload tool is awesome.
